Lactage 18 OF

Lactage 18 OF is a feed formulated with 18% CP, high energy, minerals and vitamins A, D and E and flavoring additive. The product contains Biotin, in order to strengthen the hoofs and increase milk production. Recommended ration for high production potential dairy cows or medium production cows that are in the initial third of the lactation curve.

For cows with high production potential, on average, provide 1.0 kg of Lactage 18 OF for every 3.0 kg of milk produced. In the initial phase of lactation (0-100 days) provide 1.0 kg of feed for each 2.5 kg of milk produced. From 100 to 240 days provide 1 kg of feed for each 3.5 kg of milk. The amount of Lactage 18 OF will vary according to the body condition of the animal, quality and quantity of the bulk feed offered, other ingredients of the diet and stage of lactation. To avoid metabolic disorders it is important to adapt the microbial flora to the non-structural carbohydrate and urea sources. The recommended adaptation period should be at least 14 days, with gradual increase of the ration. If there is interruption in the supply of the ration, for a period exceeding two days, start a new adaptation process.
