Recommended ration for ovines of high genetic potential, in the different breeding phases (growth, breeders and females in gestation or lactation). | Use recommendations | The amount of Ovicorte Master supplied will depend on the supply and nutritional value of the bulk feed, as well as desired animal performance. The consumption of Ovicorte Master will range from 0.75 to 1.5 kg/animal/day. For growing/fattening ovine: 1.5 to 2.0% of the live weight, depending on the desired weight gain. For lactating ewes: 1.0 to 2.0% of body weight. For breeders this percentage will be 1.0 to 1.2% of body weight. To avoid metabolic disturbances in animals whose diet did not contain concentrate, proceed adaptation. From the 1st to the 6th day supply 1/3 of the amount of Ovicorte Master prescribed; 7th to 12th day 2/3 of this quantity. From the 13th day provide the amount of Ovicorte Master recommended in the diet. |
